Hi, I'm Lee

I work with VIP as a Emotional Coach/Tutor

Hi my name is Lee and I have just retired from a 28 year teaching career of which I have been in a leadership role for 26 years of these. The last 14 years of my career I have been a deputy headteacher in a secondary school specialising in pastoral support, behaviour, attendance, community and extra curricular work and safeguarding. I have been a safeguarding lead for the last 14 years which has given me lots of experience in supporting the complex needs of families and youngsters.
I currently deliver training courses to teachers to become leaders in various aspects of education across the midlands and the north west.
Personally, I keep fit through lots of walking, especially out in the Peak District and through running. You will usually see me running the streets of Stoke or the Moorlands but also every Saturday at a local Parkrun.
I can play the drums but not as much as I would still like to these days and love my rock music.
I am a season ticket holder at Stoke City and have been a lifelong fan ever since my Dad took me when I was a youngster.
My passion working with youngsters is to make a difference and to improve outcomes for them to be successful and to be the best they can be.
