We’re recruiting an Attendance Administrator to monitor attendance records and identify trends and areas of concern.
A School Attendance Support Officer is essential in promoting regular student attendance. They carefully track attendance data, analyse patterns, and address potential concerns. For students struggling with attendance, they develop tailored attendance plans and deliver targeted support and interventions.
Familiarity with SIMS MIS is preferred.
A driving license is required.

- To keep the vehicle in a roadworthy, clean, and tidy manner always.
- Must hold a valid UK driving licence
- Be able to drive a company supplied vehicle which includes cars that seat 7 people
- Previous experience would be beneficial but not essential
- Keep the provided vehicle secure and at a safe and convenient location
- Be 25 years of age or above for vehicle insurance purposes

Emotional Support Coach

We’re recruiting two Emotional Support Coaches to provide 1:1 and small group mentoring/coaching for students.
The role of an Emotional Support Coach is to provide 1:1 and small group mentoring/coaching for students, with a focus on Social, Emotional and Mental Health interventions. Coaching emotional regulation strategies and conflict resolution skills.Â

- The Emotional Support Coach will work with schools to support and deliver learning activities and strategies for individuals and targeted groups of students, with the aim of improving their attitude to learning, as well as their attendance and achievement and overall wellbeing.

- The Emotional Support Coach will encourage the inclusion of students by using positive management techniques designed to develop their ability to regulate their own emotions.

- The role involves identifying students’ underlying needs using a range of assessment tools. Then to provide mentoring/coaching to support them in addressing these needs.

- The Emotional Support Coach will produce a variety of resources with the aim to support an emotional need and/or support whole foundation positive regulation systems.
Â
- In this role you will regularly provide feedback to schools and record all critical incidents in an appropriate and timely manner, following the correct procedure.

- The role will involve the need to undertake home visits where appropriate during term time.
Â
- In this role you will be required to attend appropriate training as and when required.

- The Emotional Support Coach will demonstrate a commitment to promoting the mental wellbeing of all students, ensuring it is the focus of all actions undertaken in the role
The successful candidates will need to have professional experience of working with children and young people. Additionally, you will have good interpersonal skills including a good standard of written communication and competent IT skills.

We are seeking two appropriately experienced professionals to join our Education Welfare Service. The two posts are to cover the Staffordshire and Birmingham area.
Visionary Individual Pathways works in close partnership with schools and other statutory and voluntary agencies, in order to promote the welfare and regular school attendance of all children and young people in Educational Settings. As an Education Welfare Officer, you will need to work closely with colleagues in schools, all agencies, pupils, and their families to identify problems, personal and/or social issues that may affect the attendance, progress, and well-being of children and young people.
The successful candidates will need to have professional experience of working with children and young people in a multi-agency environment. Additionally, you will have good interpersonal skills including a good standard of written communication and competent IT skills. Proven experience in raising levels of school attendance, and current, up to date knowledge of both national and local attendance issues is desirable.

We’re recruiting a part-time After School Club Leader to lead the day to day organisation of the club.
- To lead the day to day organisation of the After School Club
- Pass on correspondence to teachers from parents/carers and vice versa.
- Create a safe, welcoming and friendly environment delivering high quality creative play opportunities embracing each child’s individual needs, unique qualities and personalities.
- Liaise with the school with regard to the needs of the children who attend the After School Club.
- Liaise with parents to encourage parental involvement and support through the development of effective working relationships, providing professional and relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child.
- Provide care, play opportunities and activities in a homely and nurturing environment, with regard to the individual development needs of the children and age ranges of children.
- Fully support inclusive practice and ensure that all children can be involved in the activities offered if they wish.
- Consult and liaise with the children and involve them in the planning of activities.
- Ensure that the children are happy, supported and engaged.
- Minimum of Level 3 in Childcare (required)
- QTS (preferred)
- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- Compliance of all regulatory requirements stated in the Early Years Foundation Stage and by Ofsted.
- High standards of care and play opportunities.
