We are very happy with the service provided and feel the pupils enrolled on the programme are benefitting greatly from the sessions.
The pupils are always asking about the coaching. A number of pupils really enjoy the boxing. The pupils are more mature and have started to make better decisions. They also appear to be happier. I just wish we could have even more emotional coaching time.
We have been really impressed with the service we have had. The staff working with us are very professional and are building positive relationships with our pupils. We would really want this to continue in school to see future impact.

VIP Education is an excellent company to work with who offer a bespoke service supporting many different aspects of school life. We are ably supported by Karen for our education welfare, who is fantastic (and comes with a wealth of experience) at supporting families and offering strategies and intervention that have a positive impact on attendance. The quality of this support meant we looked more closely at the other services VIP offered and have been impressed with all aspects of support. These include our school PE provision, emotional coaching, art therapy, after school provision and alternative provision for children struggling in the mainstream setting. The most important thing that sets the company apart is that you are listened to and the service provided is bespoke to exactly what you need. All of the VIP staff have been excellent and have fitted in to our school way of working; Sam, Megan and Olly to name a few. Matt and Lesley are hugely approachable and keep in regular contact to ensure the service is always the best that it can possibly be. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a package that is bespoke to your needs and is dynamically reactive to any changes

We have seen a major positive impact of the work VIP are doing in our school, especially in reducing our PA pupils. None of this would be possible without our good working relationship with our EWO Karen Wood. Karen has made a massive impact on the work here. She works particularly well with our Attendance officer Cate Dean, and we have seen a huge swing in the right direction of pupils raising their attendance figures. Having a bespoke package really works here at Chesterton, and having a personalised action plan really makes a difference. Karen’s work is invaluable, her passion for her work is a credit to your company. She has formed excellent working relationships with parents, children and staff and we look forward to seeing how this work continues here in Chesterton. The emotional coaching we buy in has helped us to support children at the earliest possible point, by having the intervention when they need it and not being held on a long waiting list. This work has enabled Children to continue to with their studies whilst having such valuable support from the coaches. Thank you for everything you do.
