I have worked for VIP Education since 2023 as the Senior Business Administrator.
Prior to working at VIP Education, I worked for many years (too many to mention!) at an Independent Specialist College and within the recruitment sector.
My role at VIP Education is very varied; I am based at our Stop Gap provision in Chesterton where I provide administration, recruitment and attendance support.
I also oversee the administration function for The Valiant School in Burslem and our Stop Gap Stafford alternative provision, I ensure new and current staff are fully compliant along with managing the training course schedule for our trainers liaising with schools to meet their training needs.
Another part of my role is to send SLAs to schools where we provide Tutoring or our Positive Individual Pathways programme.
Days can be very busy within VIP’s Administration department, but I love being back working within an education setting and seeing the young people we support thrive.
