Prior to working for VIP Education, I worked for Attend EDC for one year. Before that I worked for 18 years as a senior leader at a Pupil referral unit.
I have lots of experience in safeguarding and quality assuring Alternative provision, I have previously had lots of involvement with the Assess plan do review procedure when working with pupils who have ECHP. I have recently completed the DSL and Safer Recruitment courses.
When not working I am chief taxi driver for my children ferrying them to and from dancing, cricket and rugby.
