Hi, I’m Jessica Plunkett. I started my career in childcare around 10 years ago. I first went to work in a nursery around 7 years ago. I started as a nursery practitioner and then went onto be a senior of a Toddler room. I then went on to further develop my career, skills and knowledge by working on a number of one to one’s and working alongside SEN students in a high school. I then joined VIP Education in April and I absolutely LOVE it! I like to watch the children of VIP growing and achieving goals.
