Following University, with a BA (Hons) Degree in Interior Design, I worked for several companies in the south of England, including in London, as a Senior Designer. After 5 years I returned to University to study a PGCE and gain my Qualified Teacher Status. Within mainstream schools I held the positions of Design Technology and Art Teacher before becoming a Head of Department. After 16 years I began to Teach in a Special School for young people with SEMH and associated behaviours. I had the great opportunity to join the Team at Visionary Individual Pathways in September 2019 as a Teacher / Tutor.
